Putting together an economic feasibility study

Hey everyone, i'm doing a masters in international business and i'm interested in putting together a study for a thesis proposal, and was hoping to get resources to help me out, no one at the university faculty seems to have knowledge to help me so i was hoping you guys as a diverse group would be able to help out.

I want to do a feasibility study on the possibility of setting up a large scale grazing industry in Siberia, to farm deer, buffalo, horses, sheep and goats for meat consumption in the Asian markets. I specialize in Eurasian history, political and development economics so the business and political aspects i like to think i'm well versed in.

What i'm lacking are expert opinions on the technical fields, so i was hoping to get some help from you guys, i'm largely ignorant of the physical sciences so please try and keep that in mind. I'd like to have the expert opinions of people in Railway and train technology, especially Russian/communist designs, an ecologist who specializes in Siberia/North Asia/Tundra environments, an agriculturalists who specialize in grazing, grain and pastoralist animals like the ones i mentioned above.

The crux of my argument is that this would potentially be feasible to set up industrial farming colonies in Siberia, maybe even converting already existing small towns in the area, with the help of Chinese, and other east asian, investment and capital, using an expanded and modernized Transsiberian railway to ship in grain and other important supplies from neighbouring states like European Russia, the Ukraine, China, Central Asian republics, India and Iran. Please let me know what you guys think.
