Its not spreading fear. Its REALITY. You guys need to wake up.
The unpreparedness of Chinese culture astounds me to no end.

Because Chinese never seem to be prepared for the worst, IT ALWAYS SUFFERS.

2002 SARS - 5000 dead.
2008 Sichuan earthquake 90,000 dead or missing. $150 billion loss (2008

)
2008 Sanlu milk scandal - 300,000 victims, 54,000 babies hospitalized - Chinese baby formula industry completely wrecked now relying on "Daigou".
2019 African Swine flu - 200 MILLION pigs dead. (

)

The list goes on and on and on.

One thing you need to realize is - FEAR is what drives American culture to be the superpower that it is today. Fear made America strong by forcing them to be prepared. They are living in a constant existential crisis, and fear drives them to plan, to be prepared and to innovate. There is nothing that drives a man than existential crisis. Except Chinese LOL! Chinese never learn. EVER.

Chinese culture experienced countless existential crisis throughout human history and yet culturally Chinese are always unprepared. That's why Chinese suffers. And deservingly so.
Two better arguments backing you up would be Mongol and Manchu invasions. Even the Imperial Tang never managed to completely defeat the Tibetans and Turks during its height in power. The Song built a modern bureaucracy and resourceful economy, but its military never stood a chance against the Jurchens and Mongols. I wonder if there has been any connection between Confucianism and the Han people's lack of martial spirits when facing much more fierce foreign adversaries historically. Sorry for being off topics!

What I am saying is that these rich and middle class Chinese could easily be allies of the U.S. in the latter's strategic competition with the CCP Party State. Also, if you look at how fast ARM and other UK-based firms comply with the Huawei Ban, it is only a matter of weeks before EU-based telecom firms start turning against Huawei.
I don't think so.
The middle class hate what's US doing to Huawei and Chinese companies and vow to boycott Apple.

He told audience he stayed in China for few years doing business.
He said he traveled to see the 2008 Beijing Olympics and see the pregame show and made him realized China harboring deep ambition

I know these kind of foreigners by the bucket load. Some of them haven't actually stayed in China for any meaningful length of time.

He says he "lived in Shanghai doing business, and travel to see 2008 Beijing Olympics". Exactly what many foreign braggers who either never really been to China, or only lived in their little foreigner's bubble in Shanghai or Beijing would often say. Whatever business he does, if his work has not been a so-called "white monkey job", he would have dealt deeply into the supply chains, the people net-work (Guanxi). If he has done so, he wouldn't need to "travel to see the 2008 Beijing Olympics" in order to realize the deep ambition China harbors.

He "traveled to see the 2008 Beijing Olympics and see the pregame show and made him realized China harboring deep ambition". I know this kind of words impresses you. Just like how someone tell you some meaningless trivia like "Chinese people don't speak 'Chinese', they speak Mandarin, or Cantonese or other dialects.". But these words are as unauthentic as any keyboard scholar with a bit of a real education can conjure up.

Secondly, he graduated from Virginia Tech, as well as Harvard Business school. It would be unfathomable if he DOESN'T have one or two close Chinese friends.
.
His best Chinese friend and sponsor is Guo Wen GUI, the China business guy stole billions in China and escaped to US and stayed at New York.
Bannon is protecting him from extradite.

Guo was protected by some CCP members but escaped when they were targeted by WangQi Shan and Xi.
Guo spilled alot if dirts of CCP internals to Bannon. Bannon has deep knowledge if what's going on inside CCP. Bannon knowledge in that aspect is more than you.

So stop assuming Bannon doesn't know what going on inside China.

You underestimate your enemy, and in Chinese that's a cardinal Sin.

He claims to know China's "ambition", yet all the experience about China he can talk about are some generic things that he doesn't even need to really experience, just go online and do a bit of googling to find out.

Any fool with a bit of formal education and some experience with google, could come up with something like "I lived in Shanghai for Business, and went to see Beijing Olympics and realized China's ambition". He can fool someone like you, but not me.

If he has said he worked in Lop Nur, I would have believed him.

If he has said he worked in Kubuqi Desert (like some Japanese volunteers and Israeli experts have for more the 30 years), I would have believed him.

If he has said he spent years in Sertar, I would have believed him.

If he has said he was one of the first foreigners to work in Shekou with Yuan Geng, I would have believed him.

If he has said he spent years in Shaoshan or Yan'an, or he spent years studying about detailed archived party reports from the middle years of Cultural Revolution to the early years of 改革开放, I would have believed him.

If he has said he lived in Xi'an, in Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan, Changsha, or if he was involved in the Dunhuang project, I would have believed him.

Guo Wen Gui............

hahahahahahahahaha, I can't believe I wasted couple of hours talking with you. Bannon might be a man of quackery, but he is at least a well educated American. Guo Wen Gui?!

hahahahahahahaha!
What else do you listen to? 明鏡新聞? 新唐人? VOA? Oh, no, VOA is actually not that bad, scratch that.

How was that 法輪 turning? Feeling rejuvenated?
I am curious, Do you people treat Li Hongzhi like how them Mormons treat Joseph Smith?

Well, my grandmom used to practice 中功 (aka. 中华养生益智功) until the founder Zhang Hongbao was "exposed" by Sima Nan for allegedly raping a couple of his followers. He was later prosecuted and charged. He then fled to the US and founded the China Federation Foundation (CFF). Strange, they all became so-called "democracy movement" advocates. I guess they lied to the US government to seek asylum from persecution. I have nothing against Qigong guys. But they are all curiously the same.

Keep in mind. Guo is a billionaire, his water is very deep. Nothing to do Fanlongong

First of all, If you actually listened to any of those real Chinese experts who talk about geopolitics in China, you will know that none of the things you said about Bannon are even worthy of make a fuss about.

I said again and again and again: We Chinese recognized that America has the full RIGHT to be concerned about the rise of China and try to do whatever She can to deter China. This understanding is a consensus among Chinese analysts and strategic think tanks. It is one of the foundational conditions among Chinese stategic thinkers and educated Chinese. We don't have any problem with that. We know the confrontation will come sooner or later.

I quote you "His objective is to make China lose US and EU market, especially in hightech." , are you kidding me? Do you really think that we Chinese has a ounce of delusion that the US do NOT or might NOT intend to do this? Are you kidding me?

I quote you again "So you talk about yaan, lor lup , all unrelated. He wants China dug hole and go back inside", you don't get what I am saying. Also I never mentioned Ya'an, I said Yan'an. (And what the f**k is lor lup?)

I am saying that had Bannon's experience been in any of those places, he would ALSO come to the conclusion of realizing China's terrifying ambition.

The difference between those places and that laughable "Beijing Olympic epiphany" quackery would be that he will have a much better and thorough understanding of how China actually works. And thus come up with much better grand strategy.
