I find this dubious as the purpose is not to replace the legs of the wearer but to augment them. by adding more legs what you are doing is increasing the amount of power needed by the unit. A Centaur body type would need totally powered rear legs and augmented front legs. It would weigh more, be bulkier and more maintenance heavy.
Generally the issue remains power fortunately we live in the right time for battery research. Rechargeable batteries are popular right now especially with more and more modern vehicles and robotics.

Additionally we need to ask what is the main goal?
Full body augmentation ( Super Suits)
These are units that are augmenting both upper and lower body, these will likely take the longest to develop and have the most power needs. They are the true Spartan Suits.
    partial body Augmentation
They only augment the legs and are intended to assist in weight carriage have the most in common with medical and possibly the least bulky.
    Unpowered assistance
    struts basically shock absorbers.
    Power scavenging.
These are worn to actually encumber the wearer. They are used to augment battery power by harvesting it from the wearer.
What ever the case for a powered suit I do agree Special ops would be first to get them.

You can read more about the US Ground Panoramic Night Vision Goggle (GPNVG).

Or someone is spinning. The optics do resemble the quad goggles on Revision's Kinetic operations suit. but what we see in that image doesn't actually anything other than goggles and comms gear.

The placard does say it's an exoskeleton, but the photo disappointingly doesn't show it. I hunted for additional footage/images, but couldn't find any.

Thank you Rhino, Now That is a lower body exoskeleton.Although now It will be interesting to see where they go from here. It looks like they are trying to add more equipment to the helmet. the obvious is the 4 tube NOD there looks to be a camera or light on one side, comms gear, a marker on the left and something on top. It would be interesting to see if they will try and off load some of that added weight to the pack of the Exosuit.
This Exosuit does seem to be a descendant of the earlier shown one. although It still seems like it's not integrating body armor elements and targeting just pack loads.

Uniform the new "Type 15" Sinocam Multicam.

Seems like there has been some improvements between the Zhuhai 2014 Exoskeleton and the 2016 L70 Nebula model. Now, the battery-pack is smaller and cant be seen from the front anymore. I wonder if the shoes are also interchangeable now, since this was a complaint with the 2014 version.
