Yeah exactly, according to the video posted on youtube it's just the computer generated picture of the front of the JH-7A nothing more. Fanboys tend to see incredible stuff lol.

No, that's not the CG of the JH-7.

They are likely referring to the angular flat surfaces you would expect for stealth. The same flat surfaces can be seen on the model aircraft in the carrier aircraft thread.

You are right ... I once started a new tread, but I think it's closed already - and there was some speculation about a semi-stealthy JH-7 successor under development from Xian.

If I'm right, then this video was first promoted at the Zhuhai airshow from Xian about the JH-7 ... so I don't think its pure fan-boy-art.

Why this "beast" if it is ever real is still called JH-7B or so ... I don't know as IMO it has nothing in common to the venerable Flounder. :confused:

Any ideas if its just a faked info to feed the discussions or if it copuld be a real glimpse of the JH-XX ??

Here we go again, this time let's watch and see, perhaps some of you are right but till we see official pictures we cannot say much about this CGI.

To me, this is a non-existing aircraft. The nose looks a little like J-10 and a little like J-11. It has DSI inlet and China only has FC-1 which has DSI. I bet it is a single engine cause small fuselage and small inlet.

Just curious but does anybody have the full video somewhere? I have'nt seen it yet and everybody has been talking about it for months
