I think that's not correct? There shouldn't be so many 055 in the water, U/C yes, but not in the water.
There are three type 055 in the picture. One is being out-fitted, one is under construction, and another one in dry dock #4.

The one in dry dock #4 is most likely the one being under sea trial.

The number does add up correct, as JNCX has contract to build 4 units of type 055.

so many advanced vessels at one shipyard.
it is even more awesome if someone could post a picture of similar stuff in DL, and put the two side by side for add on effect.:D

That is deliberate low resolution photo which is hiding the truth

It DOES

The problem of your pictures is that those bars were not the actual arrays, but placeholders.

They do have thick backs. Take a look again on the ship that is actually running.

You can see three things behind of the three arrays.

This CGI expresses that in more detail.

These strips are also thicker. They look like the tops of this.

Another thing, IFF has a segmented form in the array.

In the 052D's IFF, this segmentation is betrayed towards the bottom of the array. Each segment represents an element to itself.

On the 055's IFF, the segmentation is hidden from the front but visible from the back.

The arrays that you claim are IFF arrays are definitively thicker than the ones seen on the 052D. OTOH the thinner arrays do have a tall thick section in the middle that is behind them which we do not see in the 052D, so either way neither of the bar arrays on top of the bridge seem to be a good fit for the IFF arrays that we see on the 052D.

Why do you even compare it to the IFF arrays on the 052D, when you can compare the IFF arrays with the ones here.

And this photo tells me what about the thickness of the IFF arrays?

But it does tell you how wide it is, which makes it more like the 055's.

The thickness of the bar arrays in the 055 is more indicative of transmission technology. They are likely to be AESAs while the older, thin ones might be PESA.
