wowww, so what are you doing "wasting" your time here with endless arguing with many of us ? ... would it be better to spend your time as a consultant earns big buck ;););)
Like i said,I use this thread to organize my thoughts and also spread the ideas. Some folks presenting false ideas, sometimes I do feel the need to correct them. Now , I do realize some of them just jealous, I just gonna ignore them from now on.

Big money? I don't care big money, I paid off my house already and save enough to be financial secure. I just do something meaningful

Most of the time, when you feel you are "better" than others .. actually you know less ... strange but it is true

Whatever, philosophy is not my forte and I have not much interest there too.
I will go back to technical side.

Regarding to the mirror used in EUV. spec

1. SUBSTRATE: SINGLE CRYSTAL SILICON 2. COATING (APPLY ACROSS COATING APERTURE): Mo/Si MULTILAYER 40layers; TOP LAYER Si S1: R(ABS) > 60% @ 13.5nm; FWHM 0.98nm S2: NONE 3. WAVELENGTH RANGE (nm): 13.18 - 13.68

The equipment I thinking using to coat the silicon substrate with layers of molybdenum (a silvery-grey metal) and Silicon for the mirror is Atomic Layer deposition (ALD) From Beijing Naura.

China actually is in very good position to develop EUV lithography tool and maybe even X-ray lithography tool. They can set up several programs running in parallel. Like 1. Make a direct copy of ASML tool with “tin droplet” EUV source, 2. Make a superficial copy of ASML tool with EUV free electron source 3. Conduct research in using X-ray synchotron as a source for lithography tool, like what the Japanese is doing. China does have the money and the manpower to this.

A friend of mine hooked me with Chinese VC group which very much interested in this project. I will serve as consultant to them, advise them what tools available , what group of people can be utilized, and list the short and long term goal. This post kind of helped me organized and prepared for this opportunity. For the naysayers, I just give them the middle finger , fuk off and carry on. Marching ahead to my stated goal. As long as you feel like you doing something that you are very much interested, that's all it matter.
Congratulations. Wishing you the best. With aptitude and the right attitude you will make China proud.

China's Semiconductor Manufacturing International (SMIC) with its 14nm FinFET process manufacturing has reportedly obtained orders from HiSilicon, which has been among the major clients of TSMC's Nanjing fab that was opened in late 2018 and entered...

does any one have access to this news. Its behind a paywall.

I really start to like Tidalwave. I really see the US as a great danger to China, future and sovereignty and heavily dislike the appeasement moves the current Xi administration is making towards the US.
