and now I entertained myself with what Russians mostly say in Internet (I could put here some links if you insisted);

well, for them, it's too hard to believe the crew commander wouldn't know this is not exactly an incoming cruise missile's flight profile:

one group says was set up by Iranians (factions),
another group says was set by NATO through electronic warfare

This incident is already a terrible human tragedy, try not to politicize it with wild ideas.

It gets to the character and values of a nation, and to the nation’s self-image and self-esteem. Killing other nations’ leaders is not the sort of thing a good nation does. Interesting data about the attack on the occupational forces in Iraq.

Looks like :
1. The USA army not prepared for any war with Iran. Has no strategic air defence, tactical air defence, radars .
2. The Iranian strike was done from 400 km distance , means the weapons are IRanian developed ones, not imported weapons (those has only 300 km dsitance )
3. The USA army used the early warning satellite data to disperse the forces to safe covers. Means time for Iran to develop long and big CO2 lasers.

On the other hand, the attack’s surgical character may also serve as a warning about the potential of future attacks. Iran could use missiles with similar accuracy to maximize damage rather than limit it. The lack of casualties in this particular case may have been a success rather than a failure of Iranian missiles or missileers.
