The UK and USA don’t want such useless snowflakes.

Although it would be amusing, if they push Beijing far enough to send in the troops, to strip them all of their Chinese citizenships, pack them in ships and kick the lot of them overboard in lifeboats just outside British and American waters and let their western masters have them.

Are they getting "paid" by foreign intelligence agencies ..... I suspect that the case

I actually wonder if there was any realistic hope in such programs. In Canada, there is a labour shortage in certain areas and occupations.

If these people hate China so much, government should help them leave, it’s probably cheaper than building “Lantau Tomorrow”.

The only issue is most countries are really anti immigration right now.

Even Taiwan doesn't want these useless snowflakes, and it is doing everything in its power to discourage them from coming to Taiwan. Another thing you need to consider is that most of these rioters are "losers" that don't have the will to endorse hardship which mean they don't want to learn a new language. That's why most of them want to go to Taiwan.
