Do they have any choice with all the anti-China hate speech/Yellow Peril in the USA, Australia? Do not build up defence seriously and regret will be enormous in the near future.

I keep stressing this. What they need to build up are more submarines (SSN 095 and SSBN 096). Those will decide the day.
All their neighbors (Vietnam, Singapore, India) are getting more lethal modern SSKs.

And then there's US unmatched Sub forces, along with Aus and SOK and Jap's SSKs.

I agree a lot more SSNs would be really useful. And when you see so many destroyers being built, 3 SSNs per year doesn't seem unreasonable given their advantages.

So can we assume that they are cranking out 3 SSN per year?

Any news of the Single Crystal Turbine blade development (reported last year) getting integrated into QC280 ? There was a news that QC280 was going to see good efficiency improvement with the use of this new Turbine blades (BLISKs ? whatever). Any official sources/ insider news?

China has mastered the production of Single Crystal Turbine blade many years ago ... so I don't see any problems there

But there was news of an improvement in Blade design/ temperature rating. High Temperature means higher efficiency ( through better fuel burn).I was asking if there were any follow ups to this

Sorry how will nuclear subs decide the day?

SSBNs exists to ensure no one wins WW3. All superpowers (US, Russia, and now China) having a credible SSBN will ensure world peace by reminding them that no one will win WW3.

In China's situation. SSNs will ensure their CVs can operate in the open ocean and not just regional waters. You need nuclear reactors subs because they can stay submerged indefinitely, and venture out to open waters. Only crew replenishment will limit their deployment. Also they will provide planners different attack options such as being used as submersible arsenal ships filled cruise missiles.

Let's not get off topic since this is 055 thread.
