至當晚7時許，二橋人再討論去留，Carrie聽到前線有人要求學生會發聲明呼籲市民來中大，質問學生會代表有否打算為這場運動付出，又叫「你不如退莊」，同學無言以對。隨後有份輪班守「四條柱」（入口）的中大生到二橋，力陳傳聞校園有炸彈、大批急救員已撤離、校方不斷叫學生走，但仍有留守者決定堅守此戰略要點，Carrie見留守者兇惡，就拉走那名同學，「我怕他會被人打」。
