See this picture here. The J-20 isnt exactly symmetrical. The left side engine intake of the picture is slightly down compare to the right side. and i can just about see the gun opening

You are just shit out of luck. Both the throttle and the stick have numerous buttons button and toggle controls on them designed for specific side hands. Fight controls are not ambidextrous.

The throttle quadrant is on the left side. No one is going to rearrange the entire cockpit and move the throttle to the other side, reverse all the finger controls on it, so you can operate the throttle with right hand and stick the left.

Tests show naturally left hand people who are brought up to use right hand for activities such as writing tend to suffer in eye hand coordination compared to people who retained their natural handedness.

Its really a non issue in the flying community, you adapt to whatever control configuration exits, and no doubt much thought is given to engineering controls and switching so that they are ergonomically "fall to hand".

Use photoshop or something similar to measure, take into consideration of the camera and ground being not absolutely level, you will see it is symmetrical.

Some screen captures from a TV special. Some good looks at the side bays, the HUD, and other features.
