傷右眼女發律師信反對交資料予警

消息指,警方先後兩次向法庭申請手令,向醫管局索取醫療記錄,第一次因未掌握到傷者個人資料,院方處理不到,到上星期第二次取得手令,要求醫管局交資料,警方現時仍未看到記錄。
為何未看到?據了解,女子早前委託了律師去信醫管局反對醫院交出記錄,醫管局回覆表示,公立醫院有既定程序處理索取醫療記錄的申請,未得到病人同意不宜評論。
