No, fzgfzy only states that:

Therefore three 075As is the upper limit, it could be fewer.

Yes that was a miswrite on my part, what I meant was that the existence of a larger follow on A variant was likely whereas having 3 075As was possible.

My understanding is that he believes 6 075s is on the cards, but he doesn't know after how many after the first 3 075s will they take to reach the As.

However given he's written in the past quite a lot about how the order for 075s was 3 initially and to be followed by a larger A variant, I rate it as mote than likely that the As may follow the first 3.

What would be on a 075A anyways?

075 is supposed to be in excess of 40 000 tons, meaning it’s at very least as big as the Wasp class LHD, and possibly same/slightly bigger than the America class LHD. These are some of the largest LHDs in service anywhere.

They’re already bigger than the Japanese CVHs by almost twice the displacement and similar in size to France’s sole aircraft carrier.

If they made bigger 075s follow ups, they’ll be near Liaoning sized. At that point, why even build LHD instead of aircraft carriers?

I wonder about that as well. Could either the 075/A have a ski jump like the Juan Carlos? It had always made sense to me that China could use LHDs more than carriers for their primary concern which is ops up through the 1st island chain, as pocket carrier-LHD hybrids even more so with the advent of drones.

I think it's a bit early as well, but the rate that they're working I'm not sure if I can rule it out; i.e. a late December 2019 to January or February 2020 launch seems feasible to me. I recall that the first modules of the lead 075 were only sighted in drydock in march this year, and in the space of some four months they've already come this far.
Turkish shipyard laid first keel in Feb 2018 and launched 12 months later for their LHD
LHD is not that complicated basically adding blocks together
HD pumped out 2 x LPD in 12 months
they will have this unit launched by late this year and by next year both these units will be in the water

I'll admit the pace is quicker than expected. There's another thing I forgot to address. Is there enough room at the shipyard for fitting them out? Last I checked, the two LPD's are taking up all available docking space at the shipyard, unless they plan on starting the fitting out process inside dry dock. Have this shipyard in the past docked two ships side-by-side for fitting out?

I wonder about that as well. Could either the 075/A have a ski jump like the Juan Carlos? It had always made sense to me that China could use LHDs more than carriers for their primary concern which is ops up through the 1st island chain, as pocket carrier-LHD hybrids even more so with the advent of drones.

Either drones or a VTOL fighter. But, I can't see an LHD with a ski jump when they have carrier 001 and 002. I feel it would be a waste of resources.

No need for it. No need to see the face of the poor sap that might get fired or thrown in jail for this.
