Yep, Flyboys are all alike, they are lovin this bird, no doubt about it by the looks on their faces, it is quite an honor to be assigned to fly the J-20! Look like nice hard working gents, the Dude in the back with the "Big Smile", he's an aviator, he knows he has the best job in the whole wide world! We would no doubt be Bud's.....

That's kool to see individual pilots gain the respect they deserve, good job gentlemen, and a very lovely airplane you have there gents, its a rough life, but somebody's got to do it, LOL!

Many of you guys remember the days when we waited for months on end, for a new shot or detail of the J-20, so for some of us old heads, this is pretty heavenly, I love seeing this airplane up close, but I loved seeing it perform at Zhuhai a lot more...

and that "roll-over break out" is very similar to "Dojo's 9 G "break-out" at RIAT, part of his new Demo Team performance....

I'd love to see that J-20 do that again!

Wow, PLAAF finally spend some coins to make their fighter pilots looking like their western counterparts....

Seriously, its not so long ago they were still flying like the very backward looking 1960s Ruskie commie pilots.






This is a MASSIVE improvement.... for one at least the PLAAF pilots are more survivable if plane goes down over water - they don't get weight down by the heavy leather jacket and the inflatable lifejacket also helps...


BTW, why are the chinese fighter pilots look CHUBBIER compared to their western counterparts?

They purposely select squat and stubby pilot because with that kind of body form They are better in resisting high G force So it is by design not because the pilot eat too much

I remember hearing that Soviet Union also had the limitation of pilots height, not sure about Russia now. It is plain physics. In sports, acrobatics are all short and stocky while divers are all short and slim.
