Meaning that its handed over to the North sea fleet for its own set of trials and integration into the group, by next year they are likely to fully man it and define the exact operations and responsibilities it is suppossed to carry out and thats when it'll likely be commissioned.

Likely the PLAN North-sea fleet has received the first 055 destroyer, which will be in service early next year.
Might have been overthinking it a bit.The gala is for the recently discharged sailors served onboard an existing North Sea Fleet destroyer. It's possible that they throw in the photo of 055 there just because the new ship looks nice.
Probably an over-interpretation. A civilian organization "musical academy" and "drama academy" using 055 in their performance is hardly any evidence of anything. I have friend whose company makes such video product for TV station, advertisement etc. They use all sorts of photos, pictures, videos and CGIs in their product for everybody including CCTV, including materiel from internet and even abroad.

Here is a piece of news: it appears that China has made a huge concession to Trump. It is scrapping "Made in China 2025" and replacing it with "Made in China 2035." Trump has pulled China's advance back by a decade!
That "scrapping" is just propaganda from Trump. Have you heard from Xi that "Made in China 2025" becomes 2035? Even if China is to make concessions, how could China be able to scrap something that is a vision or objective? Vision and objective are not specific and measurable, not like import quota, tariff level by percentage etc. Nor is it enforceable by any agreement.
Let me put it simple, if China want to be the fastest runner by training hard, USA object to it, how could USA make sure of China does not train and practice? Even China choose not to compete with USA in next Olympic game so USA get the gold medal (being the nr.1 in name), China could still be the fastest runner (in fact) in the world measured in an open game or not. Blocking China to take the gold medal in Olympic is enforceable because it is physically defined and measurable, preventing China to run faster is not.
