Sinosoldier isn’t wrong either though. The text actually does mention that project 089 uses a delta wing.

There are many results when searching for a "Project 089", in Chinese or English. One thing that receives multiple mentions is high speed weapons.

I know he was saying military one. Military hospitals were open to civilian long time ago before the current cut since Xi became the president. Including the hospital (301) that is responsible for the top leaders. I say this because I visited doctors in 301 myself before Xi's reform and I saw many civilian patients.

In reality and fair comparison, PLA hospitals are no more special than a civilian hospital owned by a state institution. Hospital owned by the Petroleum ministry may provide favourable treatment to their own employees just like PLA counterparts to PLA servicemen, but also open to other civilians not in their employment so long as there is agreement with the local government for payment transfer. I am talking about pre-Xi period.

The different fees/costs applied is not because of privilege of social class (no perk), but because of tax funding, same as a Beijing resident has to pay higher surgery bills in Shanghai hospital if he/she is not taxed in Shanghai.

Commissioned officers and their family members pay the bill as civilians. Civilians can and very often go to the military hospitals without restrictions.
PLA officers did in the past get free medical care and housing before JUST like other state employees, but that was decade ago before the reform to mandated commercial insurance.

Still got lots of relatives in the military, including one that runs a military hospital.

Here is a screenshot from the news about a national award to “certain test base located in northwest”. Despite the pitiful low-res, clearly we can see the delta-wing.

Looks like we finally get an official codename of WU-14, aka DF-ZF.

A blogger who supposedly lives beside SAC (and whom Huitong follows) claims that a new aircraft made its maiden flight, and that it supposedly uses thrust vectoring engines.
Note: help needed in translating the portion talking about thrust vectoring engine.
