Mr. Blitzo is continually upping his game gentlemen, Bub, you were always good! (sometimes a little biased toward your J-20?) understandable though! and though you may still have a bias for your hometeam, (you're very honest about that), I find your objectivity and professionalism have grown!

On a personal note, I want to thank you for once again reminding our friends, that Dr. Song's excellent paper, and faithful tutelage to the likes of Yang Wei and others, have created a culture of dynamic innovation at Chengdu! I think I speak for most of the J-20 fans here, when I say that Zhuhai was like a "breath of fresh air".

Oh and Siege, your excellent translation of Dr. Songs paper, along with my old friend the Engineers explanation of J-20 aerodynamics, (I would have loved to have heard him on the J-20 a Zhuhai?? wheres he been???) were the two principle elements of a "light bulb turning on" with regard to the J-20, a planform I had a bias against until I saw the light...

good work gentlemen! and thank you for your hard work.....

It's highly highly unlikely to be able to fly. That level of investment would be beyond prohibitive.
It would basically require the same amount of investment as a totally new aircraft type. That can take years.
It's a Mockup or model. Probably for film production.

Well, nobody with a clue would believe that would fly Bub, though lots of people have already posted some nonsense about the article,,, the model isn't that curious, but the builder and purpose are?? kinda like our boy "What da Heck" finally has his avatar actualized on a Georgia airport, LOL.

It's there for 'Mitchell Gant' to familiarize himself with the plane ;)
