Those look like SAM canisters though. That could prove to be quite confusing to any observer.

New anti air missile available for export from Henri K
[Zhuhai 2018] After so many years in the shadows, the very mysterious Chinese anti-aircraft missile HQ-8 seems to be finally available for export. Equipped with a Solid-Liquid Rocket Ramjet (SLRR) hybrid propulsion, it mainly targets AWACS 400 km away.

This was also shown at Zhuhai somewhere, apparently. So not only was HQ9B shown to the public (even long before this Zhuhai show) but now they're promoting export variant based on B variant. I guess it's still not quite ready, so it couldn't have been actually shown physically. If the image is to be believed, it seems the containers have reverted from octagonal to round ones, compared from FD2000 variant.

Of course, still no any other useful data or range figures... But knowing the export variant is out there, we may get those as well by the next Zhuhai.

Seem PLA goes for hi-low system where HQ 9 is the high end and HQ 22 the low end
Previously unknown Chinese HQ-22 SAM deployments revealed
Sean O’Connor, Indianapolis - Jane's Defence Weekly
28 November 2018

Key Points
  • The HQ-22 SAM system is entering service with the PLAAF in increasing numbers
  • Replacement of extant HQ-2 batteries with HQ-22 systems will complete China's transition to a modern, mobile, strategic SAM force
Satellite imagery captured between 2016 and 2018 reveals 13 HQ-22 medium-range strategic surface-to-air missile (SAM) batteries operational within the People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF). The batteries are largely occupying former HQ-2 strategic SAM positions within the PLA's Central, Northern, and Western Theatre Commands.

The first battery to receive the HQ-22 was the 96th Battalion at Yixian southwest of Beijing. The site was observed operating the HQ-22 in imagery captured in September 2016.
