Please retain the watermark in the corner of the image. If you're not going to pay them for their picture, at least credit them.
I simply zoomed into it and then adjusted the image...no foul intended. Be happy to put that credit back in. I cannot tell you how many of my own pics have appeared here and all over the Chinese net without my own credit...and I do not care in the least. But some folks do, so I put the credit that I had zoomed past back here for you.

Good to hear. Photographers in China are, and have been, getting pissed off by publications using their pictures without crediting them by snipping off their quite reasonable watermarks tucked away in corners. In retaliation, many of them now lay a semi-opaque watermark across all their pictures making it virtually impossible to remove and, as a side effect, ruining the aesthetic appeal of the photo.

It's dispiriting to see a gradual decline in the quality of photos available to enthusiasts due to the photographers having to resort of extreme means to counter shameless stealing of their work.
