Does anyone know how i should go about doing this problem?

∫∫∑ F . n ds

∑ is a cube with vertices at (0,0,0), (0,0,1), (0,1,0), (0,1,1), (1,0,0), (1,0,1), (1,1,0) and (1,1,1,)

F = xi + yj + zk

n is directed outward from the cube

surface integral for the 6 surfaces. each surface is a 3 dimensional integral with one of the variables constant.

so basically, you go from 0 - 1, 0 - 1, and hold at 1 for each of the 6 surfaces. If you REALLY need help, give me the density function and I might just do it.

Thanks, that will be really helpful, the vector field being intergrated for this problem is:

F = xi + yj + zk

i *used* to know it last year, but ever since i'm done with the IB math final, i've been doing my best to forget about the whole calculus and vectors thingies.

Well our math teacher said to us that we need to know and understand the integrals and derivates up unitl christmass when the exams are to be hold. after that we cna dully forget them. Kinda weird if you think that we are coming engineers;)
