I checked with my HSK lvl 8 proficiency. The translation is correct. I still express my doubt that the autenticity of such a document should be questioned.
It does not matter if it is true or not. There is nothing wrong if it is true. The US has be recruiting hundreds of thousands Chinese over the past decades. If recruiting talented people is a theft, the people who make a fuss of it should look straight to the mirror.

With your continuing trolling, racist flame baiting as well as Mods' inactions (no explicit warnings orsanctions) in the past few days, you are indeed the best thing to happen to this forum.

You just lay bare why we need new and better moderators.
My "racist" post about Chinese not liking Africans got deleted by the mods. Would you stop it with your belly aching.

I recommend people to pay attention to the "future market of grains" for clues of what happens next. Just some points for consideration:
  1. Tariff is levied on the goods at arrival at the port.
  2. Grains (same as crude oil) are purchased well before it is harvested. Many months ago.
  3. Grains purchasing contract is called "future" because it is materialized in the future.
  4. The future is traded in exchange market in the same manner as stocks.
  5. The difference from stocks is that future must be realized by the time when the grain concerned is harvested. The entity who hold such future will have to take the grains.
  6. There are more traders than real consumers. Consumers are entities who will take the grain, pure traders are just hedging the price change to earn profit who has no intention to take the grains.
  7. These traders have to find a true consumer to take the grain, or to see his/her grains rot in the storage.
  8. The farmers are protected by the future when it is signed at the beginning but before new tariff is in place.
  9. The farmers will not be able to get a good contract (future of next year) after the tariff against them is in place.
  10. Futures of grain from different countries act similarly as stocks from different companies. Some future of the same grain will have a downward price pressure if it is less desired by the final holder due to perceived higher risk of Tariff penalty. In the same way as Company's stock will go down if there is a rumor of the company's failed sales figure.
It would be likely that China will eventually import the same amount of US grains (Soybeans) after its future price is pressed down (due to trader's anticipation of the possible tariff) to the point that the lower price compensate for the tariff. The end result is that China will import US grains with the same final cost after increased tariff, therefor not causing price increase in the domestic market. The only short term (in months) looser would be those middle traders in Chicago future exchange. The long term looser (in a year and more) will be the American farmers.

This is without taking into consideration of China switching the American grain futures to other countries before declaring the tariff. So far, it is enough to create the uncertainty among the traders.

You're so worthless you can't even contribute anything to this thread. The moderators need to ban you for being a waste of bandwidth. I'm the best thing to happen to this forum since it's inception.
Contributing nothing is better than contributing wrong information like you. It's interesting that you say the mods need to ban him but in actuality, there is no action against him but several of your posts have been deleted. It shows your warped sense of reality, just like your claim that you're the best thing to happen to this thread LOL. Ever-since you got here, it's been non-stop people chewing you out for making claims that you cannot supply evidence for and you crying victim and being selectively deaf every time you get cornered on reasoning. Your stupidity make this forum look like Yahoo comments and you remind me of the mentally handicapped man with no muscles who entered a body-building competition to tell hulks that they're not dieting or training properly for mass gain LOL

I am referring to your deleted comment about Asians being more docile and controllable. In any well-moderated forums, racist conducts are deal with harshly. IMO, deleting flamebaits and personal attacks are adequate. Overt racist remarks deserve more than a simple deletion from mods.

How is that being Racist ? So is it racist that Africans are stronger & run faster than other races ? Is it racist non-african countries recruit them to run on their Olympic teams, and they don't recruit Asians ? It's just reality, deal with it. It's one the harsh truths on why China was chosen to be the factory of the world - docile people in comparison, large population and a strong government.
This was discussed on the sports thread; races usually have their advantages and disadvantages. Africans are great runners but stronger? No... There are no African weightlifting Olympic Champions, only Asians, Eastern Europeans, and occasionally Iranians.

Anyway, your comment about Asians being docile is just stupid. How do you say that Asians are docile and controllable and then cry that they are robbing you of all your technologies, forcing you into a game with unfair rules, and basically playing Western companies for IP and then running them out of business in China? Is that your definition of docile? LOL Asians are either docile or they're doing all those things; can't have it both ways.

The problem is that you're so wrong, you can't even get your story straight and shoot yourself in the foot.

I'm right, and you know im right. You could write a dissertation on my winnings, Dr. Win95;)
For someone who complains that other people copy, you really do copy Trump a lot. "What's the evidence, Mr. Trump?" Trump: "I know it, you know it, everybody knows it. Winning." And then the reporter pulls up Google to prove that Trump's wrong and he answers, "Well, I don't know. That's what my people told me." LOLOL He's senile though, what are you, 14?

Your "winnings?" LOL I could write that "dissertation" right now... and I'm done! No need to bring up your toes to count the pages; it's all there. See below:

Your trolling is god awful, and your obsession with me is beyond pathetic. Your spam is ruining this forum.
I'm sorry; I can't be a good troll cus I'm not a troll; I just post facts and figures. I never strive to troll like you LOL.

You're posting to a public forum; if you didn't want someone to point out your errors and call you out on them, maybe you should do a private journal. But as long as I see you or anyone else post garbage, I'll call you trolls out with logic and facts for everyone to laugh at you; deal with it.

Your obsession with China is unhealthy; your jealousy will eat you up alive throughout your lifetime if you keep your obsessive fantasies of China failing.

If I'm spamming, then how come your posts get deleted instead? LOL Maybe you should find a forum that regards, "I'm right and you know I'm right, you shills" as acceptable evidence to back a claim LOL. Then you wouldn't be spamming.
