You may be right but these ships (if the foreign) designs are chosen will be foreign in name only total U.S. equipment and Made in the USA by US workers besides all of the designs chosen except the Legend class have a foreign partner or subcontractor
So if being foreign is a disqualification the the Hunington Ingalls Legend class is the winner and really isn' a bad choice at all!!
