Could you tell me how many THAAD launcher trucks are in SK right now and where are located? I heard two ?

Is this picture correct ? I heard that THAAD is mobile so it is possible (for example) to move it closer to the East Sea in case of intercepting Kim missiles at the Sea?
A THAAD Battery have 6 TELs exist 5 soon 7.

Ofc he can move but for the Battery is again ready a little time is necessary and even if the TELs and other system radar etc... are all fast saying capable 80 km/h ? a miltary unit don't move to these speed in formation much less, by ex during WWII US Arm Div in favorable conditions during German retreat in France do max 100 / 150 km/day and the M4 capable about 40 km/h... logistic also etc...

THAAD have range superior to 200 km exactly 250 ?

Breaking news
Not sure they've actually reached H-bomb status yet. That being said a fission warhead capable of being fitted to a missile at this point isn't out of the question, although everybody just standing around watching screams of a mockup.

China's Foreign Ministry issued a statement on Sunday, expressing firm opposition to and strong condemnation of a nuclear test undertaken by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).

The DPRK Sunday successfully detonated an H-bomb, a hydrogen bomb that can be carried by an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), DPRK's Central Television announced. This was the sixth nuclear test the DPRK has undertaken.

"Today, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, despite universal opposition from the international community, conducted another nuclear test. The Chinese government expresses firm opposition to and strong condemnation of the test," said the statement of China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

China's firm stance, as well as the common goal of the international community, is achieving denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula, protecting the nuclear non-proliferation mechanism and maintaining peace and stability in northeast Asia, the statement said.

We strongly urge the DPRK to seriously consider the steadfast will of the international community on a denuclearized Korean Peninsula and to comply with the UN Security Council resolutions, the statement said.

China urges the DPRK to cease incorrect actions that worsen tensions and run against its own interests, and return to dialogue to resolve problems, the statement said.

It said China will work with the international community to comprehensively and completely implement the relevant UN Security Council resolutions, unswervingly promote the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and safeguard the peace and stability of the peninsula.

China lodges representations to DPRK embassy over nuclear test

China confirmed on Monday its Foreign Ministry has lodged solemn representations to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) embassy in Beijing over its sixth nuclear test.

"The representations were lodged to the person in charge of the embassy," Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang said at a regular news briefing.

The DPRK Sunday detonated a hydrogen bomb that can be carried by an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), DPRK's Central Television announced. This was the sixth nuclear test the DPRK has undertaken.

"China's adherence to denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula and opposition to nuclear tests and missile development by the DPRK is well-known," Geng said.

China has proposed realizing denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula while establishing a peace mechanism. China has also expected the DPRK to suspend its nuclear and missile activities in exchange for the suspension of large-scale U.S.-ROK military exercises.

Geng stressed that use of force is not an option for resolving the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula, expressing appreciation for a number of countries' calling for a peaceful settlement of the problem.

China's Ministry of Environmental Protection on Sunday started monitoring the radiation levels in the border areas in an emergency response to the nuclear test, and recorded radiation at normal levels.

"China will take necessary measures to protect the safety of citizens and the environment," the spokesperson said.

China doesn't deem North Korea a threat, at least not in the time that Xi Jinping is acting president (next five years). That said, North Korea is welcome to their nuclear weapon, which is something Koreans deserve to be proud about.

I suspect the North Koreans would rather have food on their table than for the "supreme leader" to be throwing his weight around the playground so to speak.

I wonder how much money Gordan Chang gets for appearing as a pundit on TV news shows because he must be getting rich being the token Asian pundit so the US news media doesn't look racist. Even these news anchors must think he's an idiot. I see him on Anderson Cooper today and his claim is for the US to undermine the Chinese economy in order to solve the North Korean problem. Anderson Cooper mentions that destroying the Chinese economy blows back on the US since they're connected. Gordon Chang responds, "I didn't say destroy China's economy." I've notice this of Chang. When he's on like FOX News, he goes all out with outlandish statements because that's what the FOX News audience wants. But when he's on "more intellectual" shows and receives any sort of criticism, he backs up and rewrites what he says. When he's on with former non-hawkish generals, he completely tows the line.
