Uh...actually, very wrong.

China now has two.

India has two in the water.

The UK will soon have two.

It is true that Italy has two.

But I would no call the four vessels that Japan has actual carriers. The do not operate any fixed wing aircraft off of them and do not intend to.
Well the author did actually say "in service", and technically CV-17 is not actually in service but still being fitted out and not even handed over yet.

What would You expect from such a source ?

I've checked now the link to:
Moreover, the 'Zubr' is invisible to radar stations. This effect was achieved due to the fact that during movement, the ship sails on a giant cloud of water spray, which "dithers" its contours on radar screens.

Besides their Shtorm design, they could always just dust off their Ulyanovsk blueprints and go from there as well.

I have never had any doubt the Shtorm design is completely bogus, a pure propaganda fake, and that Russia has neither the industrial nor economic capability, nor the serious intention, to build a serious first class super carrier.

It was all a ploy to convince the populous in the west that Russian's current weakness not withstanding, Russia will soon be somebody again so they west should not squeeze Russia too hard now lest Russia remember and take revenge in the future.

I would wager Russia can't build the Ulyanovsk today without first investing several times the originally projected cost of the design to restore lost industrial capability the original soviet design took for granted.

Many of the industrial capabilities available to the Soviet Union no longer exists in Russia. Some of it has been lost through neglect and disuse, others required a supply and value added chain in former soviet republics now outside the influence of kremlin.

Soviet Union was the first country in the world to develop marine gas turbine suitable for use on large missile destroyers. But Russian today can't even build marine gas turbines for a full sized destroyer.

That's a pretty bad example, since Russia was out-sourcing production to Ukraine, and now that Ukrainian GTs are out, the Russian Navy is having Saturn produce the domestic M90FR, which will come on line in the next 2-3 years. It's not like anyone doubts that Russia could produce marine GTs if it wanted to.
