Wait, CAC allegedly bought the civilian buildings around the whole complex? Is there a proper source to confirm that?

I find that extremely hard to believe. Reads like a fan rumor as one can see brand new high rise buildings being built just half a year ago, fairly close to the CAC complex. Those would never have gotten a permit to build if that was so.

Sad life for us military enthusiasts.

So some buildings closest to the wall were bought? But there are still dozens of residential high rises that seem to be operating normally, several hundred of meters away. Of course, simple cameras won't help there, but an expensive photography kit (say, 1200mm lens) could still get decent images even from 1 km away.

Issue of taking such photographs being possibly illegal remains, of course. The building owners/residents might have to explain to the govt how and why they let someone in and take photos from their building.

It's entirely possible the high rises that seem to have life are housing CAC employees.

"but an expensive photography kit"
Not expensive: a 900mm apochromatic refractor telescope f/7.5 cost 1500$...(made in china :) )

Annotation:

The control surfaces and wing were clipped to reduce reflection. The gaps between slat/elevon/flap and the wing were covered by flexible material.

Any translation for Information in that pictures?
Thanks in advance.
