Sorry for input.
The pictures is wrong, Yuan Class AIP subs is much larger than Song class subs.
With Yuan class length is 77.6 m, and Song class just 74.9 m.
But in the pictures, Yuan Class AIP subs have same length with Song class subs.
On those stills it looks like it's doing 0.0 knots or barely moving at all. On the third picture you posted it's starting engines I assume... Pretty strange selection of shots.

New 039B to Wuhan ?
3 appear to Wuhan on GE in 01/2017, in 11/2016 there was in their place 2 x 056, in 03/2017 possible see also 4 x 056 in construction.
So launched since about 6 months and doubtfull the 3 in service for this year considering 2 max with other to Shangai ( appear in 02/2017 ) seems reasonnable. 039B N° 343 - 346
The 039C does not seem to exist
