Yep "陆军" is the chief designer's name. He was born in 1964. "陆军" also means Army in Chinese.

陆 means land in Chinese. It is also a surname that is not common but also not rare. 军 means armed force, army, soldiers, etc. It was rather popular for Chinese boys born between the 60s and the earlier 80s having the given name 军 to honor the PLA.

thanks you I notice that. Why is the mainland name so strange .Some time they call themselves"Ready to built China" or some other variant. When they see our name they always remark How come you guys name is so poetic. One of the girl in the same class has name like "Swallow flying" or "Luck Following you" or "Golden Eagle" "Dragon Flying"

I would think that these weird names you saw are probably due to bad translations, if not joking. I don't know what your background is, so I won't comment on the "so poetic" part.

There are lazy parents in probably every country, not just in China. I have seen story of an American lady named "Windows" and she was working at Microsoft.

Also keep in mind that this particular person, 陆军, was born in 1964. His name thus bears some marks of that particular time.

Nice ... but is there a certain reason to also post all three parts again esp. with these nasty SINA-stamps on it? They do not show anything special and are only cut and enlarged - and therefore blurred - parts of the original image.
