By the way ... my Japanese is even worse than my Chinese :) but does he say 23063~23066 ??

なお中国空軍のSU-35SKの機体番号は23063~23066らしい。今回軍事改革後PLA空軍の機体番号規則も変わった、従来の方法では解読不能になる。

In a nutshell, the PLAAF's woes would be resolved by the time the TVC variant of the WS-10IPE goes into production. This engine allegedly is more efficient than previous iterations (extends range of aircraft) as well as capable of higher thrust (145 kN is rumored).

I never knew about this engine. Where did read about that?

WS-10IPE also known as WS-10G.
IPE = Improved Performance Engine (I think)

This thing is said to be a 152 kN max thrust engine. Richard Fisher, Jr. estimated it to enter service in 2012, but that seems to be way-off target. As far as we know, there are no indications that it is in-service with the PLAAF. The only possibility is that the WS-10IPE maybe powering LRIP J-20. But, the J-20 engine as of now is a big mystery.

In the first sentence he says something like "it seems the aircraft numbers of chinas SU-35s use the range of 23063 to 23066", I'm not sure what he means by the next sentence "this time, after the army reorganization the PLAAF changed the numbering system, the future system will make the deciphering (of the numbers) impossible".

Google translate:
The aircraft number of the SU-35SK of the Chinese Air Force seems to be 23063 ~ 23066. After the military reform this time the PLA Air Force's aircraft number rule has changed, it becomes impossible to decipher by the conventional method.

Looks like I might need to make an apology to B787 soon. Did not see this coming at all.
you do not need to do it believe, i am not an insider, i am just a fanboy, there were moments i doubted too, it was the nature of the deal, it took 8 years to materialize, any one can become crazy, i just really believed it when i saw Kret saying the avionics suit that the Su-35 was going to have, believe me i hate to be arrogant, so do not worry, i have made horrible mistake too.

One time i posted a picture in airforce ru, allegedly MiG-23s downing a A-4, to my surprise, it was fake, also one time i thought a picture of a MiG-29 was the wreckage of an F-14, i have made horrible mistakes in forums too.

One time i also thought the MiG-23 used AA-11 cued by HMS,i was wrong, it had the capability but not operational, so errore humanun est or made misatakes is human, no one is perfect regards, no need for an apology i am no one, just a fanboy who loves Russian chicks and aircraft

Thanks and all I understood so far is that he assumes that ... ... but if correct it wouldmean a terrible thing to me:

It would but would they really assign random numbers to their aircraft? It can be done of course. Computer files can be distributed to make sense of it all.
