Nobody knows, because the first Type-002-carrier gets his own from Type-001A independent production line.

China is establishing two production lines for aircraft carriers. That meens twice as much carriers per given time compared to the United States.

At this stage it looks like sooner then later.

Chinese new year is at 28 JAN 2017, that is 4½ weeks from now. The schedule was launch by the end of 2016.
