Is there an (semi-) up to date writeup of all the current SAMs china has ? Especially interesting in the HQ-9.

Recent Su-35 weibo rumours commented about a 300km HQ-9 in relation to alleged underperformance of S-400 export version.

Is anyone familiar with this variant or is this a first time rumour?

Its also being discussed in the Su-35 thread.
