Further information on the 001A according to 匹夫哟, a reliable source apparently, though the name is not one I'm familiar with:

Well from this angle it looks like they've installed at least half the island already.
Well, if you take the other half of the island sitting to the right in the two photos you posted above that I am replying to, and add it to what has already been lifted, you get approximately this:
This is not exact...but given what is sitting there waiting, it would be getting close to what the next lift will produce.

Squared out undersite of tower opposite kuzzy and liaonings rounded.
2 deck bridge opposite of 1.
height seems the same.
And if i look close it seems placed further back then the kuzzy and liaonings conning tower.
