These must be in China as the second from the bottom and Third from the bottom are sporting the trigger guard grip and and none of these have the 97's Mag well.

Okay So Weapon top has a Suppressor a short rail We can see the optic is mounted on a riser of some kind but It's cut off and Cant ID weapon is a QBz95-1
second from top is a type 95-1 sporting a low mounted rail with a Trijicon Acog style scope looks like a Surefire scout light on the right hand side and a Magpul vertical grip. note the blue barrel, that likely means it's set up to fire calk rounds for Training.
Third from top standard carry handle with a rail adapter/ riser the optic is a Meprolight MOR a combination red dot and laser sight made in Israel. looks like It also has a Surefire scout.
Again low rider handle this one is sporting an optic I don't know I am guessing NOD or Thermal another Surefire scout and a blue barrel
last is a updated type 79 although it's lacking a scope it is interesting as the fore grip and light are made by Zenit, a Russian maker who builds accessories for the Russian army.

I like how they retain a fixed sight on the low riser handle bar.

The type 79 is always interesting to me as it uses short stroke pitston action. What is even more interesting is that it is still being used by police departments. I wonder if it is because of budget constrain and the plentiful stock of the weapon

First is definitely budget issue as only the tier-one cities has the kind of budget to fully moderise the police arsenal. Second is the necessity, or perhaps the lacking thereof...gun violence is still a rare thing in China, and Chinese are just as human as anyone else, carbon-based lifeform with fragile flesh and bones and whatnot...

One thing police like type 79 so much about is it can be easily concealed under cloth. A MP5K can do the same but they are way more expensive.
