I find it incredible how the events in Northern Aleppo are being ....... ignored?.... by the media. All the more so considering the concern that was being expressed for the refugees stuck on the Turkish border in February when the SAA cut of Northern Allepo, even though they obviously had no intent to advancing north.

Now ISIS is poised to overrun these refugee camps on the Turkish border and we do not hear a word or even ask if Turkey is now prepared to reopen its borders!

... but now in Twitter I've read Rebels still hold "a corridor" (not through Mare-Jibrin-Azaz main road though, but a strip more to the west, with for example "Kafr Khashir" close to the question mark in the map below ... I created this map mainly to see the scale (it's in the bottom-left corner); the positions of Kurds (in orange) and ISIL (in black) are of course completely schematic):

says (EDIT "Cassad", not me) Rebels in this area recently obtained CAS from the USAF A-10s, and were supported by Turkish artillery ... I'm going to update this post
