The first and second pictures have all the clues you need. Note 1) the position of the propeller enclosure and 2) the position of the front driver and passenger doors relative to the front wheels.

That is not a propeller its a shrouded jet proposer, that means that this vehicle is amphibious, how amphibious is debatable. The headlights of a very modern type. The front of the vehicle tells us that its probably not gonna be more the sea state 2 amphibious so short range on the sea.

This looks very much like the export model first shown up a few years back. Could those pictures be taken during the military trialing out the vehicles themselves?

Turret is the same configuration as the Russian BMP3 series 100mm rifled gun, 30mm Autocannon then a 7.62mm Coax. lots of bang
