Of course it was preplanned, turkish intelligence were monitorying and trying to locate the distress call of the pilot when he tried to make contact with CSAR team. That turkish regime is just trying to downplay everything as a mistake while such obvious terrorism and act of war to defend the turkish terrorists which are the middle men and active terrorists against syrians coalitioned with ISIS that shows that the targets have to be prioritized before anything else. Destroy their supply line that will cripple their weapons and money and turkey is exposed as a terrorist regime it openly is and advocates the ISIS as a future and we should accept it, said turkish officia.

Of course it was preplanned that is why the right wing islamist gray wolfs turks were in Syria and knew exactly where the plane would crash and already were exactly where the pilot was parachuting.
Oh, wow we had even seen the footage of the crash and shooting at one pilot. Turkmens are there all the time, they didn't have to plan anything to be the first ones on the site as they were there all the time because they control that area of Syria...

Germany will deploy Tornado reconnaissance jets to support France in the fight against Islamic State militants in Syria, a senior lawmaker for Chancellor Angela Merkel's conservatives confirmed on Thursday.
"Germany will be a more active contributor than it has been until now," Henning Otte, defence expert for the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) said in a statement on Thursday.
"Not only will we bolster our training mission in northern Iraq but we will, among other things, make a contribution to the fight against IS terror with Tornado reconnaissance jets."
Germany is also considering sending a frigate and refuelling planes as part of the mission, coalition sources have said.

Ohh sure they have because the territory is over 200km long of which those terrorists have to cover and how many terrorists are there? 10.000-100.000? Can they cover every square km and wait for a jet to fall down right above them, while turkish intelligence is directing them with radio while trying to track distress call from pilot? Sure. This scum is subject to everything that makes boom.

I don't think we will ever know what was planned and what wasn't one thing's for certain it didn't have to happen in my opinion for what it's worth in that sense both sides share responsibility

The terrorists shot the pilot in mid air, as he was gliding down in his parachute.

There would have been no time for anyone to direct anyone to get there to shoot him by following a distress call (would either pilot or navigator even be broadcasting a distress call before they even hit the dirt?).

However, if some air force decided to plan an ambush, it would know where it plans to spring the trap, so could, hypothetically have told the terrorists where to wait so the pilots would be parachuting pretty much right on top of them after the ambush.

In that vein the quicker this conflict is resolved the better but in order to do it takes leadership from the west and east something I see sadly lacking on the western side

Nice idea but that stunt would need Russian side working together in that matter with Turks and Turkmens there. I mean - they would have to know the exact route of Russian bombers with Russian bombers following it at exact time...
