Chinese purchase of Su-35

This is not a theoretical job of Physics, but something which is very easy to verify.
The page of ROSTEC already has the news officially, whether you believe it or not it does not matter millions will see the news and millions more already see the likelyhood the Su-35 has been sold is 100% asure.

This thread is ridiculous because people have been denying the fact it is already official since ROSTEC is endorsing it.

Basically the arguments you hear hear are pretty useless, most people in other forums are already discussing what is the use of the Su-35 in the PLAAF, i am sure this thread will continue to deny it until is too late and you see the Su-35 in PLAAF colors and all doubters will simply say i did know it was true but let is rest anyway i know old habits are the ones that change last, and pretty much this thread in this forum has become boring to me, i won`t change your mind, and i am not for arguing about the same thing all my life it is boring, i just let you know it is official in Russia, and you will see the first Su-35 most likely at the end of 2016 in Chinese colors

This sounds even more official
Russian media followed that up by quoting Igor Morozov, a member of the Russian Federation Committee on International Affairs, confirming Chinese aircraft carrier, Lianoning, and a guided missile cruiser were heading to the area, and adding Chinese military advisers were already in the region.

Mr Morozov said: "It is known that China has joined our military operation in Syria.

"The Chinese cruiser has already entered the Mediterranean, followed by its aircraft carrier."

These reports have not been verified by China and satellite images show the Syrian port of Tartus, currently empty.[\QUOTE]

Like Jeff, I will believe it when I see the Su-35 in the PLAAF color. Even then, it won't change my opinion of how ROSTEC has conducted its business. They have done a poor poor job of establishing credibility. No other major corporations has done thing in such damaging manner. It's literally a lesson of what-not-to-do in business negotiation.

Sorry, b787, it is just more of the same.

And that is no more credible to those of us on this thread who have seen these things over and over again...one excuse after another, the latest always trying to explain away the former excuses. It is just words.

And please, do not try and compare such an announcement to the CEO of Boeing or the CEO of Lockheed. They have not worked themselves, over an eight year period, into the need for such convoluted explanations.

There simply is no comparison.

As I say, if you want to get my attention on this matter... post something to this thread when the PRC, via the CCP or the PLAAF makes such an announcement.

Until then...IMHO, we are back to another unconfirmed report.

THREAD CLOSED (once agan) UNTIL SUCH CONFIRMATION IS AAILABLE.

Basically says that China and Russia reached a consensus on the deal. Didn't say whether they signed yet.

I don't know who this guy is, but his response to a direct question is interesting. Although he was asked a very direct question: whether China signed a deal for the Su-35, he didn't answer the question. He basically said that the Su-35 has been a collaborative project between Russia and China. And after efforts from both sides, there has been some success. And both nations will continue to collaborate in a mutually beneficial way.

Why not just answer the question? It's already in the news everywhere...

LOL, you have to get use to the ways the spokesmen and spokeswomen from China foreign ministry/ defence dept. etc.. answering questions from news reporters. That is they standard response, no direct yes or no, but you can interpret that is affirmative.

Sounds like a yes otherwise he would've said no, project is dead etc. Maybe he wasn't in a position or authority to confirmed therefore he was dancing around the question while still sounding positive.

Based on past acquisition or even indigenous products, the Chinese officials have always been very very late in officially confirming anything but they do drop hints here and there.

Not sure if it's a cultural thing or what or maybe need permission from the party bosses.

That's just how the Chinese Department of Defense (or Foreign Affairs for that matter) rolls. They get paid to put things in a roundabout way.
