If they investigate the boy, they should also investigate this guy. I wonder if they are the same person. Though this youtube might be fake but I think it is not impossible to make it real.
Okay this second clip is CGI.
The video was done as a direct marketing campaign through FPS Russia.... Who is neither a FPS or a Russian. By the creators of either Ghost Recon Future warrior or Call of Duty Black ops 2.
For the record Myers the man who plays the character of FPS Russia has been investigated twice. First by the BATF for possible illegal firearms possession, which was dropped. Second because of the death under suspicious circumstances of one of his producers, the second was also dropped.

As to the practicality of the Armed drone. Yes it is possible to build such. The question is mostly practically. Mounting a weapon like a Automatic weapon on a small drone means it has to have the power to lift the weapon+ammo+targeting system+the weapon mount. Preferably you would want the weapon to be turreted with the ability to be turned on target independent of the drone this means a sophisticated weapon arm. You would also want to be able to aim the weapon accurately from cover with ease and have a magazine capacity to allow more the just one use. Finally you would want the drone to be small enough to be man packed into battle with range enough to allow attack with out the enemy noticing the sound of the drone. All of which mean a tall order. Suicide drones are one thing by the time the enemy spots it its speeding in for a kamikaze run. But a stand off like this makes for a difficult task.
Now it has been done to a degree. There is a American model helicopter maker who builds a helicopter drone offered for Police and Military use. One of the systems the maker has trialed was turret mounting a pair of AA12 automatic 12 gauge shotguns.

This political discussion and wrangling about the Iran Deal was halted on the other thread...and the same players were involved.

That does not make it okay to transfer it here.

A deal was reached...but that deal, despite the Security Council vote, is dependant on some of the nations, particularly the US, being ratified and accepted by the legislature. For those countries, it is not a deal until that happens.

That has not happened yet.

We will wait and see what happens...but even then, on SD we will moderate the response to it either way.

NO SUCH BLATANT POLITICS/IDEOLOGY. Go somewhere else for that.

DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS MODERATION.

How come people rather help a drug abuser than a single father?

New Yorkers are very cynical. They think at least you are being honest and real with the first sign asking money for drugs, weeds and alcohol straight up. The second sign with a young daughter asking for help as a homeless single father is a loser playing mind games with other people by using the young girl to gain sympathy. They probably wanted to kick this guy's butt for dragging his "daughter" in the street just to get his drug and alchohol money. :)

Stockholm (AFP) - Swedish wreck divers said Monday they had found the wreck of a Russian mini-submarine in Swedish territorial waters, nine months after a high-profile hunt in Sweden for a mystery submarine.

The Swedish military reacted with caution to the claim.

"It is they who claim it's a submarine," Swedish Armed Forces spokesman Anders Kallin told AFP.

"Our analysts have not yet presented their conclusions and want to see more images which the (diving) company will send to us," he said, adding that the results were expected "in the coming days". Kallin said the military would "not speculate".

According to Stefan Hogeborn, a diver from the Ocean X Team company that made the discovery, the vessel is "completely intact" with "no visible damage to the hull" and the hatches closed.

"It is unclear how old the submarine is and how long it has been laying at the sea floor, but the Cyrillic letters on the hull indicate that it is Russian," he said in a statement.

Hogeborn did not given the vessel's location but according to Expressen tabloid, which published images of the wreck on its website, it was found about 1.5 nautical miles (2.8 kilometres) off the east coast of central Sweden.

Ocean X Team said the vessel was around 20 metres (66 feet) long and 3.5 metres wide.

In October last year, Sweden's navy launched a massive hunt for a foreign submarine, suspected to be Russian, in the Stockholm archipelago.

The military subsequently confirmed that "a mini-submarine" had violated its territorial waters, but was never able to establish the vessel's nationality.

"We don't believe there is a link with last year's submarine hunt," a member of the Ocean X Team, Peter Linberg, told Expressen, without elaborating further.

Ocean X Team said it was planning a new expedition to examine the wreck more closely.
