They would look more impressive if they each carry 6 CJ-10s rather than just 2.

No need to carry a full load when one's not going to use it. In fact, if they did carry a full load for a parade I'd be critical as it's a waste of fuel.

In fact for most parades I don't think dummy munitions are even carried on aircraft, such as Russia's victory day parades.

Actually when it comes to nuclear deterrent patrol, carrying two CJ-10s is more practical than carrying 6. According to Jeffrey Lewis, NATO SLBMs usually carry only 3 MIRVs instead of the full load. The same logic also applies to B-52s, so both the bombers and SLBMs could have longer ranges. In fact, in a real scenario of nuclear exchange, the bombers (H-6K or B-52H) won't even have time to fire all of their nuclear-tipped ALCMs before they themselves are either shot down or vaporized. They also wouldn't have any places to land even if they survive the onslaught. Two would be more than enough.
