Seeing that Type 052D head on got me to putting together similar head on picts of the US Burke DDG and Ticonderoga CG to compare.

The US pictures are taken from an angle a few degrees higher than the Type 052D so that has to be remembered...but it is nonetheless and interesting comparison. Also remember that the US vessels are several thousands tons heavier in displacement.

did Type 052D was very different in design than 052C? I mean the problem occured in Type 052C might happen to in 052D right?

it'll be better for Chinese shipbuilding to adept and fix immediatelly every single problem they have? Many people in my country that saying type 051 is piece of junk.... did PLAN has fixed it yet?

The "problem" with the 052C in question was a matter of a door. In other words, the way the door closed and the hinge behind it was not strong enough to withstand the particular strength of water that was faced for whatever reason.
It can be "fixed" simply by using a reinforced lock, or if one wants, by changing the hinge so the door flips outwards rather than inwards. In terms of problems that a ship class can face, this is thankfully very, very small.
In other words, it is literally the design of the door which is in question, nowhere near enough to call into question the design or competency of an entire class of ship, so even if 052D used the same aft door as 052C, it's a trivial matter and easily rectifiable if it's deemed an issue.

As for 051, yes, if you google pictures of the 051 class, they are absolutely beyond obsolete and will be replaced in the coming years by 052D.

What do you mean "PLAN has fixed it (051)" ? I don't think it will be fixed as Type 051 is just fine for what it designed for (I know it is obsolete)

Type 51 is far from a junk, it is still very effective light destroyer and all 6 type 051 have had major refit in the 1990s .. and it has 16 YJ-83 (yes sixteen) .... Type 051 is still better than most of Vietnamese warships or other SE Asian navies, let alone the Philippine navy warships.

I believe the 6 Type 051 will still serve PLAN in foreseeable future, in low intensity area or lower tech area (i.e SCS)
