Freeze frame at 16 seconds and you will see that it overshoots and hits on the far side of the BMP.
I bet if that video was allowed to continue for another 2-3 seconds you would see the BMP drive on by.

They most probably did not know.
It is hard to see a missile coming at you. From the back you can see the exhaust, as we do in this film.
But my guess is that this crew had no idea one was coming.
