I think "co-production" in this case is India get to build however many T-50 they can afford to build themselves. They don't have to match Russian production rate.

i do not think so, India has a separate program, Russia is simply taking time because SAMs and ICBMs are instruments of big war, aircraft are not, their economy for the moment will give priority to SAMs and ICBMs, PAKFA is not a strategic system, but just a tactical system.
Systems like the Antey S-2500 are more effective and needed but are more for Russias strategic defence

Very nice looking. However, if it is adopted with the price tag of the prototype, it would be same mistake as US did with Raptor. Overkilling capabilities for overkilling price and overkilling amount of required investments into MIC production capabilities to make it.
