Announced but no sure need confirmation Argentina would ordered 14/20 FC-1 to see...

My dear friend Forbin. I’ll believe it when I see the first one being assembled!
I’ve heard this so many times before that I have become cynical.

Along time ago it was the Mirage 2000 from the UAE...........

Then the Jordanian Mirage F-1, then the some used French F-1, then rumors of the FC-1/JF-17, which were dismissed; then the Spanish Mirage F-1; Then the Israeli Kfir Block 60; then the JAS-39 from Brazil; then the Su-24 Fencers and now the FC-1/JF-17 again…….Granted the Jordanian, French and Spanish deals were scuttled by the British, but still this game of playacting the Air Force is getting old.

I am sure we will have another three or four proclamations before the presidential elections in the spring (i.e. fall for my northern hemisphere brothers).

The Chilean Navy shows the progress in the National Tsunami Warning System

445rt.jpg

(Defensa.com) Updated in five years with a budget of about $ 7 million, the current Tsunami Warning System has 40 coastal monitoring stations sea level that transmit their information every minute in GPRS mode (telephony ) and every five satellite. The discount rate that had the Hydrographic and Oceanographic Service of the Chilean Navy (SHOA) to support their decision making process on February 27, 2010 was an hour and only from 20 sites. Current monitor stations measuring sea level pressure and height variations, the latter using a laser system.

The Director of the Hydrographic and Oceanographic Service of the Navy showed progress in updating the National Tsunami Warning System (SNAM) since the earthquake and tsunami that hit the area between Valparaiso and Concepcion on 27 February 2010 and also to cause human and material damage, showed the shortcomings in the ability of emergency management that had the country. Like its peers in Peru and Ecuador, among others, the Chilean Navy has obligations set by the State regarding the management and dissemination of information and monitoring earthquakes and tsunamis occurring in national territory or that, having occurred in other countries, may affect Chile.

A second buoy Dart (Deep-Ocean Assessment and Reporting of Tsunamis) joined. These buoys allow monitoring large distance from a tsunami; in the case of Chile, a 186 MN is located west of Iquique at latitude 20.22 South and the other at 194 MN west of Caldera at latitude 27.05 S. Both are connected to the global network of permanent monitoring these phenomena. As for the ability to command and control a SNAM Operations Room which is permanently staffed and capable of making decisions to eventual absence of the Director of SHOA was established. The staff was well trained with a course on tsunamis issued at the Catholic University of Valparaiso with support from UNESCO. A Board of information designed to handle phone inquiries of third parties not directly involved in emergency management was also created, but are interested in knowing details of this, so to avoid interfering with the personnel operating the SNAM.

A relevant aspect, which operate for the earthquake in February 2010 was highly questioned is the mechanism of promulgation of warnings and evacuation orders civilians, responsibility ONEMI (ONEMI) acting According to information supplied both SHOA other agencies. In order to overcome the shortcomings evidenced a process of redefinition of procedures and protocols relating to ONEMI and SHOA began corresponding last revised September 2014.

Mirage...my friend, I saw a 60 minutes special on the upheavals in Argentina over the murder of the special prosecutor.

Sad to see what I consider to be such blatant corruption at so high a level.

The man had been investigating the terror attack in Argentina for ten years...and was ready to come out with specific charges and documentation indemnifying the President and Foreign Minister in a cover-up with Iran.

Four days after announcing his intention and just before he presented the charges, and after indicating he did not trust his body guards, and asked a friend for a gun so he could protect himself...he commits suicide?

At this point it is obvious, at least to me, the man was assassinated.

I could agree with you more my brother. What a travesty of justice.
Interesting?….suicide? The only line missing from the “official story” was that he stop only once to reload.

I just posted the 60 minutes link on:
