Welcome aboard Yudi, very kool to have an MD on here, I see we share some common interests, I was a Hospice Chaplin before Obamacare did a rewrite on the medicare guidelines for Hospice, now I'm pastoring a small Baptist church here in Central Obamastan, Happy Thanksgiving and welcome aboard, BD and Jeff have got me hooked on this carrier stuff as well, so its all good, I think you'll find this is the most accurate, professional, friendly band of brothers on the net, I hope you find it so. Hi guys I've been a long time stalker but I've just had a sudden urge to introduce myself.
My name is Jason, I'm a 23 yrs old recent graduate working in financial services in London. I'm Chinese born but I moved to the UK when I was 11. I've been interested in military and geopolitical issues since a young age due to parental influences.
I'm impressed by the genuineness and the level of professionalism of the people who support and make this place possible, as well as the quality of discussions here. I am not as free as I use to be but I still can't help myself stopping by here 5 times a day.

When I was in my 2nd very extreme and massive surgery to remove a large sacral chordoma tumor (which involved removing my entire sacrum), a very major blood vessel was nicked and began bleeding profusely as they were taking the tumor out. These tumnors must come out intact in order to have a good prognosis for long term cure, and the area in question was beneath the sacrum.
The neurosurgeon could not stop (at least he did not want to) and so for several hours one of the cardiologists attending the surgery pumped new blood into me and kept me alive. Later my nureosurgeon introduced me to that individual and I was able to thank him. I went through 41 units of blood in that surgery.
Anyhow, if you ever get the chance, you can read the Journal I have been keeping:

23 is a great age. When I turned 23, I had been married about a year and a half and we were expecting our 2nd child! Working hard to provide for them, going to school in engineering at the same time...lerning about how to take care of new babies, and how to help my wife through those times. Huge growing experience!
Now...here I am 35 years later. All five of my kids are grown and we have nine grandkids, and you know what? It has passed so fast! So take advantage of every minute!
