Re: PLA Army new WZ502g IFV

how much does that IFV weigh? 30 some tons is already extreme overload for trains?
A typical axle load for main line railways is 20 metric tons. Light railways might have around 10 tons, mineral railways might go to 30 tons. For a main line and four axles that is 80 tons, enough for two vehicles of 30 tons and the weight of the rail way car.
Railway guns were much heavier, and had to account for the recoil of the gun, were designed for really bad tracks and so were equipped with many more axles.

No, the sign says "super over limit" - has nothing to do with "overload", though how one interprint the sign's actual abbreviation meaning lies on one's creative thinking.

Like I always using for example - English abbreviation "AAA" can be "American Agricultural Agency"(wich is true!), but a military fan would tell a different meaning - you have to be exactly in that line of life to know the exact meaning of an abbreviation.

Ever heard that joke? 上海吊车厂 "Shanghai crane factory" can be in short as 上吊 "hanging sucide". Abbreviation sometimes meant to convey meanings only to those meant to receive.
