LOL... PLA ? USA ? The first time PLA join U.S Army training in WestPoint. Part II

2012.04 PLA joint the "SANDHURST" race in WestPoint.
It's the 1st time PLA team joint "SANDHURST",also 1st time PLA team arrived in U.S land, and 1st time PLA training together with U.S Army in WestPoint. Awesome pics~!

Excellent! How did they do?

BTW, they are not actual PLA soldiers. They are cadets from a military college (shown in the last pic with them holding their college's flag).

From unofficial sources, apparently they came 4th. They were working with US equipments, and instructions were given in english.

Thanks! May I ask how many teams participated in the competition. I know some US universities with military school attend it, like Texas A&M.

西点今年的桑赫斯特竞赛上个月结束，在参赛的50余个队伍中，解放军理工大学学员代表队，作为中国军校唯一一支代表队首次参赛，一路顽强拼搏，从55支代表队中脱颖而出，总评成绩位居第四，并夺得2个单项第一，1个单项第二，登上了团体奖的领奖台，荣获桑赫斯特臂章。（由于在定向越野中翻译指错路，导致解放军代表队这个项目中被拖后腿，但最后总分依然第四）
这个比赛去年台湾也参加过，不过在当时参赛的50个队伍中，台湾代表队总分第49名，阿富汗第47名。

En ... Taiwan team.
Last year WestPoint firstly invited ROC military to join the SANDHURST,this year turn to PLA from PRC ?! Did ROC team join 2012-SANDHURST ?

ehhh.... many pics have China MoD logo, I think this event (the release of the event) is offical enough.
