And the guy continues... I m not that rude with you, but should you did not insult me like this again, please? You attacked the Mirage deal without any evidence. Who are you to dirty people or some european military companies like this? Just moderate your words the next time you speak about a subject you don t know.

Now like I said before, it s high time to go back to the origins of this interesting topic.

Tell you what, writing something like that is no way to cool things down. And in case you think you set yourself not receive anymore private message it'd all go your way, let me spill what you wrote:

You think you can insult people or a company without any evidence, easily in a board, even serious.

Dassault, Thales, MBDA will appreciate what you said on this one.

I forwarded your messages to some well informed people.

I warned you.

Regards.

If you want to get personel, NEET, you just did.

And BTW, I report your "little threats" to the mods, as it should be, let them deliberate this. And if that means I get a few weeks ban out, so be it, at least I won't take it lying down.

So if Taiwan wants fighters, that only cost effective solutions are either America (F/A-18E/F Super Hornet or F-16 block50 or block 60) or Sweden's Saab Gripen.

it's not like Taiwan thinks P&W engines are unsafe

except for that block 20 they lost early on in the late 90s due to Pratt not reassembling a component properly after disassembling it to check the work of a new supplier and then refusing to pay the ROC anything by claiming FMS sales come with no warranty. Hahaha, why do you think China Airlines bought over 20 747-400s with Ge engines after that despite having been a loyal Pratt customer since the 1960s???

They certainly don't trust the turbine blades (or some other critical part) on the Mirage 2000 anymore.

but they haven't had any airframe losses from engine problem with the mirages though but they have with the F16! mind you CI are ruing the day they chose GE for their A330s with having to replace numerous HPT blades recently!

The ROCAF managed to catch the problem before they could lose any Mirages to that problem.
