The following video shows President Hu Jintao's motorcade during his visit to Seattle. Count the number of vehicles in his entourage.

In the next video, try counting the number of bodyguards surrounding President Hu Jintao after his press conference in Hong Kong.

Here, President Hu Jintao is being escorted by the Royal Guards in Stockholm, Sweden.

Unbelievably, President Hu Jintao had even more vehicles in his retinue when he visited Lahore, Pakistan than he did in Seattle.

By the way, a few years ago, I was driving into Boston on Mass. Pike when Premier Wen's motorcade passed on its way to a suburban farm (e.g. in Milford or Worcester(?); memory is foggy). I was amazed to see that the motorcade extended for about a mile. Out of curiosity, I checked the nightly news to see who was the "big cheese" (i.e. important person).

The President of the US has a similar motorcade and number of bodyguards, as does The Queen of England. Seen those 2 on local TV (in Singapore), with similar road closures.

The Governor-General of New Zealand visited Singapore recently, and had a slightly smaller motorcade, and a lot less bodyguards. But I would attribute it to the Governor-General being the Queen of England's representative in NZ.

So there you go. Nothing out of the ordinary really.

Show me the videos from YouTube or another publicly-accessible source where I can see and count "a similar...number of bodyguards" for the President of the U.S. and the Queen of England that is pretty close to the number of bodyguards for President Hu in Hong Kong, which is the second video.

I'm going to call you on this as well. You made the claim that "The Queen of England" "has a similar motorcade" as President Hu. I don't agree with you.

President Hu is the President of China and a budding superpower. Britain is a small country and a medium-sized power. They are not comparable.

President Hu had 33 vehicles in his convoy in Seattle, which is the first video. I can only find a video of 16 vehicles in the convoy for the Queen of England. That means the Queen of England's convoy is half the size of President Hu's and it is not comparable.

Therefore, I must ask you to provide a link to a YouTube or publicly-accessible video where I can see and count at least 30 vehicles in the Queen's convoy.

Here is the video link to the Queen's convoy where I can see and count 16 vehicles:

At about the 20sec mark in the vid, note the mass of black jackets climbing the wall behind Obama.

Here's another news footage on Obama's visit to Beijing. In the initial introduction, the news caster stated that the restaurants in the hotel at which Obama was staying in is closed for the next 3 days.

--- EDIT ---

Here's a link of the Queen of England's motorcade that had 22 vehicles (not counting outriders). The video may not have shown the entire motorcade as it ended rather abruptly (the focus being the Queen and not her motorcade anyway).

As for the number of bodyguards for the Queen of England, it's surprisingly difficult to find a link to show how many bodyguards she has on the internet. Nonetheless, I will post the link when I find it.

I watched both videos. The first video clearly shows a large number of bodyguards, but they were Chinese and not American secret service agents. In other words, it shows the unusual and extraordinary protection that China extended as a courtesy to the President of the United States.

However, the bodyguards shown in President Hu's visit to Hong Kong are Chinese. President Hu was on home soil. Show me a video where Obama is on home soil or in a foreign country, but clearly protected by American secret service agents. I want to see a huge number of American secret service agents protecting the President of the United States at home or in a foreign country to support your claim: "So there you go. Nothing out of the ordinary really."

I am also looking forward to your videos regarding comparable bodyguards and vehicles for the Queen of England. Once again, I would appreciate it if you don't show me a huge number of Chinese bodyguards accompanying the Queen of England in China.

Okay, so you're saying that China has the tradition of having lots of bodyguards accompany heads of state. What's your point?

My point is that the President of China is a very important man and he has an extremely large number of bodyguards to protect him to ensure his safety. Also, he has an extremely large convoy that carry an extraordinary number of people and equipment to assist or protect him. The videos prove my point and they are also entertaining.

This level of extreme bodyguard protection and vehicle convoys are not conducted for lesser heads of state. If someone wants to dispute this claim and say "Nothing out of the ordinary really," I would appreciate it if he/she posts videos that show comparable proof (for the Queen of England).

The "tradition of having lots of bodyguards accompany heads of state" is irrelevant because it is not indicative of the regular level of bodyguard protection for foreign heads of state.

For example, it would be ridiculous to post a video of President Sarkozy walking with President Hu at the Shanghai Expo 2010 as an example of extreme bodyguard protection. Obviously, President Sarkozy is not normally protected by a huge number of Chinese bodyguards. Bodyguards that are "loaned" because of Chinese largesse are irrelevant because those are not the bodyguards that normally accompany and protect a foreign head of state.

Well, found something. It doesn't really show how many people is guarding him but...well just watch.

That makes no sense. The only thing you've demonstrated is that the Chinese like to use lots of bodyguards, whether for their own heads of state or those of foreign nations. That doesn't necessarily indicate the importance of China. Any minor nation can use a large guard retinue for their leaders if they wanted to do so.
