one big problem about the first gen. of MFD is that the display is smaller than your notebook computer.one solution either bigger display panel or to display the information and data directly in your helmet.

I think you mean early 2009, and was resolved by late 2009?

They will never fix the WS-10 without an Iris nozzle. The old ejector nozzles they use will not achieve an acceptable performance that is required of a 15 tonne class engine.

The problem has already been resolved, one form or another, just a matter of time for visible confirmation of it.

i think if what you say is true armand, then Hu would already have those engineers he just handed the awards to executed, though i havent see any of those in the news so i'll believe what tphuang says for now.

FWS-10 is not a 15 tonne class engine and they have solved the problems on it from what we can see.


Nice list Deino, I'm a little surprised on the 11x8x regiment. Worth keep an eye on if Scramble is right on this. They've been pretty good in the past.

Apparently, SAC purposely field those engineless J-11B in the field to grandstanding or embarrass, Shenyang Liming, SAC's partner.

SAC trying to show that it's fulfilling its job and mission, but what's holding back is Liming. Therefore this showing would indicate to PLA its Not SAC , the one slacking.

I saw a few pics from Chinese website labeling as the J-15 prototype which was confirmed first test flight last yr. I don't know whether those pics are legit.
