Um... T-95/Black Eagle?

That's the Black Eagle, Russian project based on but now very far from the T-80U, with Western influences. Canned at this point. It is not the same as the T-95. Good looking tank IMO.

noob question....

Why is bolt action mechanism preferred on sniper rifles instead of semi-automatic or automatic? What makes bolt action more accurate?

Because with bolt action rifles, they are lighter, more reliable, and more accurate due to less moving parts.

Bolt action sniper rifles also won't spit out the empty by itself- a flying casing can give away a sniper's position and since we are talking about one shot one kill, rate of fire doesn't really matter.

As for Black Eagle, not really, other than 7 wheels, bustle style autoloader like the West, and lots of ERA. We don't even know what the intended main gun's caliber is.

Here's my next noob question:

Why attack at dawn?

Because it's still somewhat dark and humans are generally the least attentive in the early morning hours ...among other considerations I guess.

It also gives you the maximum amount of daylight to secure your first day objectives. And they might still be sleeping or having breakfast .

What's the largest size of mortar that is man portable when dissassembled and if possible what's it's kill radius?
