Actually it's a Type 730/H/PJ-12, not a type 1130/H/PJ-11.
Only the most recent 052D launched from JN has H/PJ-11, all preceding ships (including all currently in service) are using H/PJ-12.

OT: I just can't even begin to imagine how noisy these CIWS are. A friend of mine said when the Phalanx is just spinning the sound was pretty loud. And it was only spinning. It wasn't firing. 
I'll probably get heart-attack. I remember literally peeing my pants when ceremonial artillery guns went off during Independence dance day celebration when I was a school kid.

OT: I was about 13 IIRC. They were either 105 mm or 120 mm artillery rounds. When the 1st round fired I felt like Tommy Lee-Jones's character in Under Siege after the "USS Missouri" fired its main gun
